Utah State has the best record in the WAC but they also have the greatest fan Shirtless Bill. Watch the video after the jump.

Bill gets in the opponent’s head and you can tell as the Idaho Vandals’ player misses the first free throw that Bill as an amazing asset to the Aggies.
